We can inspect your property for both quality of construction and identify any defects that may cause inconvenience to you.

For new properties it is best that we carry out the inspections prior to your acceptance of the KEYS or moving in. This way you will have a detailed report of the status of your property and a properly documented record of any later dispute arising with the vendor or developer from whom you have bought the property.

For old or second hand properties our inspections prior to your closing of the sale will help you to better negotiate a price which will take account of any present or latent defects apart from facts about whether or not the extensions or renovations done to the property are legal. This will help and assist you to be on the lookout for any later enforcement notices by the Authorities in case the extensions or renovations are illegal in nature.
